Euronext has reviewed and strengthened its Serious Incident Process (SIP) by

• running firmwide outage dry-runs
• creating a more robust communication processes,
• implementing a strengthened framework around system upgrades (software/hardware).

 

Playbook

The Playbook captures the procedures that we follow in the case of a serious incident. It allows you to better understand how we manage our platforms during an incident, giving you greater transparency and certainty.

Note that operational procedures followed during an incident may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the incident.
